　　1. 最好在邮件里附上了个人陈述和个人简历。大学老师们一般工作都很繁忙，很少有时间专门为一个学生写推荐信。而且，没有一个老师会给自己不了解的学生写推荐信的。如果有个人陈述和个人简历就不一样了，这不仅能让他们知道你想在推荐信里强调自己哪方面的能力，还能为他们减轻很多工作量，从而最终的结果也更能meet your expectations。
